Exceptional service. Honest. Very responsive. I was given a price of $3000 by a GE tech after quickly looking, but not testing, our refrigerator. It's not the first time I had a big potential expense from these people but this time the proposal was ridiculous. So I asked everyone I knew for referrals and the clear response was "call Preston". $250 later my GE Monogram was fixed and still working solidly. I've done some repairs on appliances and I suspect that low ratings here are the result of the nature of major appliance repair, occasionally a process of elimination. Preston made that clear but said it was likely a simple sensor so he started with that inexpensive, easy repair. Two weeks later, the beast is running perfectly.

What a great experience! Preston did an excellent job on repairing my Whirlpool Duet dryer. I spoke with him Friday morning, told him the issue I was having and he gave me a verbal quote. He was able to fit me in that same day. He said he would be able to come by between 4:00pm and 5:00pm and that he would call me when he was on his way. True to his word, Preston called at 4:18pm and said he was just down the street. He started the repair and realized he needed a part that he did not have on his truck. He said he would be back by around 6:00pm. Again, he called at 6:06pm and said "I am down the street". He got to work, finished the repair, cleaned up and was on his way. Great Friday night service. And the best thing is that the final cost of the repair was EXACTLY what he quoted. I would highly recommend Preston at Camarillo Appliance for any of your appliance repairs!

Preston is The Best! He has helped us twice; once to fix our broken clothes dryer and the other time to install a new microwave. He was professional and accommodating, showed up on time, worked quickly, and charged a fair price. Plus he is really nice and just a good person. It's a true relief having a great appliance guy you can count on...before we found him, we went through a number of sketchy individuals that we would never want back in our house. Call Preston!
